A memorial service for Terrie J. Lippeatt, 59, will be held in February at Carey Farms in Vinemont. Date and time to be announced.

Terrie passed away December 24, 2025 after a long, hard fight with cancer. She grew up in the North Jefferson area and was a graduate of Fultondale High School. She retired from UAB with over 30 years of service. Terrie loved her family & friends, Alabama football, her dogs, and especially loved her grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Reba and Pete Vaughn, and her husband, Adam Lippeatt.

Survivors include her daughters, Tonya (James) Carey, Candice Lippeatt, Sarah (Tyler) Watson; sisters, Angie (Bobby) Beasley, Tracy (Daryl) Shaver, Paula Jones VanWinkle; grandchildren, Audrey Tubbs, Addison Watson, and Cayson Watson.
