Funeral service for Shelby Jean Duskin, 78, of Eva will be at 2 p.m., Tuesday, May 31 ^st , 2022 at Cullman Funeral Home Chapel with interment in Etha Baptist Cemetery, Rev. Steve Rodgers officiating.  Visitation will be Tuesday from 12-2 at the funeral home.

Mrs. Duskin passed away May 26 ^th , 2022 at her residence.  She was born May 6, 1944.  Shelby enjoyed her career as a Registered Nurse.  She got great satisfaction from helping people and had lots of empathy and compassion for her patients.  She was a beautiful quilter and just finished her last quilt for her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  They called them "Gramma Jean Quilts".

She was survived by her husband of almost 28 years, James Duskin; sons, Brian (Janet) Ratcliff of Washburn, IL, Keith (Donna) Ratcliff of Wyoming, IL, Casey (Monica) Ratcliff of Bloomington, IL; daughters, Julie (John) McHenry of Hornell, NY, Lisa (Jon) Ellingworth of Waverly, IA; grandchildren, Sarah (Ryan) Vetter, Stuart (Katie) McHenry, Rebecca (Ryan) Andrews, Noah (Elianna) McHenry, Hannah Ratcliff, Camille, Lucy & Owen Ratcliff, Ada, Cora and Meredith Ellingworth; nine great-grandchildren, Miriam, Charlotte & Josephine Vetter, Caroline, Colton & Cormac Andrews, John & Madeline McHenry, and baby McHenry coming in October; and, a host of family and friends.
