Funeral service for Scott Alan Hunt, 46, of Cullman will be at 2 p.m., Wednesday, February 8 ^th , 2023 at Cullman Funeral Home Chapel with interment in Concord Baptist Cemetery, Pastor Shannon Wilkerson officiating.  Visitation will be Tuesday evening at the funeral home from 5:30 – 8 p.m.

Mr. Hunt passed away Saturday, February 4 ^th , 2023 at Princeton Hospital.  He was born February 23, 1976 to James Royce Hunt and Josie Ann McCroy Hunt.  He was a kind, compassionate, very loving,  good man,  dedicated to his family and helping others.  He was employed at Inland Buildings.

He was preceded in death by a daughter, Kimberly Helms and a son, Tyler Hunt.

Survivors include his wife, Sherry Hunt; mother, Ann (Glenn) Shaffer; father, Royce (Amanda) Hunt; grandmother, Doris Matheney; son, Dakota Hunt; daughters, Hayleigh (Andrew) Hamm, Destiny Hunt (Hudson Leverett); he was a bonus dad to Vickie & Scottie Shedd, Shanda & Charlie Frazier, Candace & Robert Grantland, Josh & Tiffany Waldrop, Ninah & Scottie League; sister, Beth (Robert) Walker, Jr.; 15 grown grandchildren and little ones,  Ellianna Hunt, Harleigh Hunt, Brynlee Hunt, Houston Leverett, Casen Hamm; several great grandchildren; family and friends
