Mrs. Kelley was born on September 26, 1962, to parents, Hubert Wesley and Euleta Price Moore. Natasha was a member of Ryan Baptist Church. She loved to read and watch cooking shows; and her grandsons were her world.

Mrs. Kelley was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Terry Kelley; infant sister Elaine; sister, Rebecca Elliott; brothers, Kenneth, Ronald and Alan Moore.

Survivors include her daughter, Brandi (Dustin) Strange; daughters-in-love, Mandi Reeves and Kimber Burns; sisters, Delene Shedd and Kay Price; grandsons, ReaLynn Kelley-Strange, Brighton Strange, Hunter Strange; and a host of family and friends.
