A Graveside Service for Mildred Louise Bennett, 93, of Cullman will be 11 am Friday, June 3, 2022 at Oakwood Memorial Cemetery located at 2100 Moncrief Rd, Gardendale, Alabama.

Cullman Funeral Home is honored to serve the Bennett family.

Mrs. Bennett passed from this life on May 31, 2022 at the Cullman Regional Medical Center.  She was born August 19, 1928 to Olon Gaines & Sally Bice Tucker.  She was a homemaker who loved her family, her dogs, sweets and coffee.  She watched Dawson Memorial services every Sunday morning.

Mrs. Bennett was preceded in death by her parents, Olon Gaines & Sally Bice Tucker; her husband, George Bennett; brothers, Melvin, Don, Olon, Pat, and Crix; sisters, Gloria, Willie, Emerson, and Ella Jane.

She is survived by her daughter, Leigh Hempfling; brothers, Fred (Helga) Tucker; brother-in-law, Claude Vaughn; sister-in-law, Betty Tucker; grandchildren, Paige (Justin) Thurman, Regan (Luis) Jarquin, Ben Hempfling, Piper Hempfling; great-grandchildren, Lucy Thurman, Noelia Jarquin, Enrique Jarquin; and a host of family and friends.
