Mrs. Mayfield passed away Wednesday, September 27th, 2023 at CRMC.  She was born January 18, 1955 to Theron & Lacey Yarbrough Alexander.

She was preceded in death by her parents and brothers and sisters.

Survivors include her husband, Kenneth Mayfield; children, Grady Wayne Ledlow, Christopher Ledlow, Sonya Downs; brother, Jerry Wayne Alexander; several grandchildren, family and friends.
