A Memorial Service for Mark Edward Richter, 52, of Cullman will be 1pm, Wednesday, November 23, 2022, at St. John's Evangelical Protestant Church in Cullman.  Rev. Dr. John Richter will officiate the service.  The family will receive friends from 12-1pm prior to the servcie.

Mr. Richter was born June 19, 1970, to David Leldon & Wand Kay England Richter.  He passed away on November 20, 2022.  He enjoyed being outdoors and gardening.  Mark loved to sing.  He was a loving son, father, brother, and uncle.

He was preceded in death by his father, David Richter; grandfather, Hubert Richter; grandparents, William & Maebelle England.

Mr. Richter is survived by his mother, Wanda (Shirley) Witcher; grandmother, Hazel Richter; daughter, Emmaline Richter; mother of Emmaline, Andria Sims; brothers, Andrew (Christy) Richter, Alex Richter; sisters, Jennifer Richter, Abby  (Scottty) Estes; and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
