Funeral service for Krista Irene Snider, age 39, of Cullman, is Sunday, October 13, 2024, at 3 p.m. at Cullman Funeral Home chapel, with Bro. Dudley Brock officiating.  Visitation will be held from 1-3 p.m. at the chapel and burial will be at Good Hope Cemetery.

Krista was born December 11, 1984, to Timothy Snider and Jerri Lay Snider.  She passed away on Thursday, October 10, 2024, surrounded by her loving family.

She is preceded in death by both her grandfathers, Sam Snider, and Jim Crist.

She is survived by her parents, Tim and Jerri Snider; son, Greyson; daughters, Abigail Hutchinson,  Kerri Hutchinson; one brother, Tad Snider; grandmothers, Ann Crist, and Jean Snider; uncles, Joel Lay (Kimberly), Cole Lay, and Stanley Weaver; nieces, Lyla Snider, McKenzly Snider;  a host of cousins, and family and friends.

Krista was a CNA and worked with elderly people every day, which was her passion.  She was a selfless and giving person and put others' needs ahead of her own.  She loved spending time with her family and in her free time, would watch a lot of Law and Order.  She was a special person and is gone too soon.  She will be dearly missed by her family and friends.
