Funeral services for Kenneth David Ratliff, 52, of Cullman, will be at 2 p.m., Thursday, August 7, 2025, at Cullman Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. Steve Rodgers officiating, with interment in Simcoe Baptist Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12-2pm before the service.

Mr. Ratliff was born on February 19, 1973, to Frank and Inez Watson Ratliff. Kenneth loved music and playing the guitar. He loved his dog and was a wonderful, kind, and considerate person.

He was preceded in death by his father and brother, Mark Ratliff.

Survivors include his mother, Inez Watson; niece, Jennifer (Jason Hyde) Ratliff and her family, Destiny Barron, Nathan Barron, Noah Hyde, Henry Barron; and a host of family and friends.
