A memorial service for John Thomas Smith, 75, of Hanceville will be announced at a later date.

Mr. Smith passed away December 31, 2025 at CRMC.  He was born June 21, 1950 to John Edward & Dorothy Pauline Henry Smith.  He was a loving husband and father.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Russell 'Rusty' Smith.

Survivors include his wife of 44 years, Susan Smith; children, Tracy (Lonnie) Ball, Sondra (Johnny) Lawrence, Jeremy Davis, John Thomas Smith, Jr.; and a host of grandchildren and grandchildren, family and friends.
