Jo Anne Briscoe, 79, of Cullman passed from this life on September 30, 2022, at her home, surrounded by family.  She was born August 19, 1943, to John Sherman & Helen Inez Rodgers Briscoe.  No services are planned at this time.

Mrs. Briscoe was a 1961 graduate of West Point High School.  She drove for CARTS for several years.  She was a Christian, she loved her family, she loved animals, and she loved gardening.

Mrs. Briscoe was preceded in death by her parents, John Sherman & Helen Inez Rodgers Briscoe; and by one brother, Darrel Briscoe.

She is survived by her children, Leigh Anne Allen, Jason (Amy) Allen, and Joella Yarbrough (Dennis Langford); grandchildren, Kalyn Allen, Lane Allen, Emily Yarbrough, Ethan Yarbrough, Mattellan Rusk, and Nathan Rusk; great-grandchildren, Kylan, Keely, and Kinsley; and a host of family and friends.
