Funeral service for Jeffery Wade Shikle, 68, of Cullman, will be at 2 p.m., Monday, March 17, 2025, at Cullman Funeral Home Chapel, with interment in Etha Baptist Cemetery, Bro. Ben McKenzie and Dr. Tim Lipsey will be officiating. The family will receive friends from 11 a.m.- 2 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mr. Shikle was born on July 2, 1956, to J.C. and Bobbie Jean Dover Shikle. Jeffery was a poultry farmer for 34 years and his beautiful farm was envied by others. He was a good, good, kind, humble man, who never had a negative word to say about people and a great husband. He was a member of Etha Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and brother Stevie Shikle.

Survivors include his wife Talisa Shikle; brothers, Jimmy and Jerry (Susie) Shikle; sisters, Stella (Pete) Evans and Cindy (Bruce) Brock; and a host of family and friends.

Pallbearers will be Robert Draper, Robert Crumbley, Jason Dunagan, Jeremy Carter, Terry Bentley and Kevin Carter.
