A Celebration of Life Service for Janice Marie Freeman, 66, of Cullman will be held on her birthday, October 13th, 2025.  Details will be announced at a later date.

Janice passed away July 30, 2025 at her residence.  She was born October 13, 1958 to O.D. Harkness and Margie Elizabeth Hallmark Harkness.  She was a very reliable person and was always there for you when you needed her.  She was excited to be a grandma.  She loved her kids and she loved her cats.

She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Wanda Downs, Cynthia Hallmark; and, a grandson, Blakelee Bryant.

Survivors include her son, Zane Freeman; daughter, Justina (Theodore) Williams; father of her children, John Freeman; brothers, Ronald Harkness, Brian Harkness; sisters, Margaret Banks, Sue Hallmark; grandchildren, Jax Freeman, Marie Bagwell, David Williams; her God-child, Matthew Pugh; family and friends.
