Funeral service for James Thomas Doedtman, 56, of Holly Pond will be at 11 a.m., Tuesday, April 15th, 2025 at Cullman Funeral Home Chapel with interment in Cullman Catholic Cemetery, Bro. Tim Collier officiating.  Visitation will be Monday evening at the funeral home from 5:30 – 8 p.m.

Cullman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Doedtman passed away April 12, 2025 at his residence.  He was born June 16, 1968 to Clarence Nicholas & Ruth Ann Tangen Doedtman.  James was a very kind hearted man.  He loved college football in general,  but was a huge Alabama fan.  James loved working in his yard, loved his family, and loved vacations.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his twin sister, Judy Doedtman.

Survivors include his wife of many years, Sandra Doedtman; son, Nathan Doedtman; step-son, Charlie (Leigh) Doss; step-daughters, Angela Edmondson, Sarah Stark; brothers, Michael (Tammy) Doedtman, Kenny Doedtman; sisters, Cynthia Perkins, Loretta Russell, Dena Lewis; grandchildren, Asher Doedtman, Jasmin Pilgrim, Alli Stark, Jordan Stark, Jessa Gean, Karstin Doss, Ealy Edmondson; family and friends.

Pallbearers will be Aden Doedtman, Issac Perkins, Josh Doedtman, Michael Doedtman, Braxton Brown, Matt Edge.
