Funeral service for Hollie Mae Duke, 93, of Cullman will be at 12 noon, Monday, April 3 ^rd , 2023 at Cullman Funeral Home Chapel with interment in Shedd Cemetery.  Rev. Tim Box will officiate.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 11-12 prior to the funeral.

Mrs. Duke passed away Tuesday, March 28 ^th , 2023 at her residence.  She was born May 1, 1929 to Virgil Columbus & Emma Elizabeth Cook Wilbanks.  She was a long time member of Valley Springs Baptist Church.  Mrs. Duke was a nurse.  She had many friends and was well loved by everyone.  She was very helpful to the community.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Argus N. Duke; son, David Duke; brothers, John Wesley Wilbanks, Walter Wilbanks; and a baby sister.

Survivors include her sons, Jimmie (Diana) Duke, Donald Duke; sister, Ellen Alvis; grandchildren, Samantha Duke, Douglas Duke, Sandy Michelle, Tyler Duke, Colby Duke, Hannah Duke, Amanda Duke; four great-grandchildren; special friend and caregiver, Nancy Quick; family and friends.
