Funeral service for Helen Odell Holloway, age 92, of Hanceville, is Tuesday, December 24, 2024, at 12 p.m. at Cullman Funeral Home chapel, officiated by Pastor Mark Long.  Visitation will be held in the chapel from 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. and interment will follow at Welcome Baptist Church Cemetery.

Helen was born on August 18, 1932, to Manor and Donellar Waldrop Smith.  She passed away on Friday, December 20, 2024, at her home, surrounded by her loving family.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband Roy Holloway; sister, Eviajean Dunn; brothers, Earnest Smith, Artist Smith; and son-in-law, Billy Wayne West.

She is survived by her sons, Krandeal Holloway (Sheila), and Ronnie Holloway; daughters, Anita Brown (Johnny), Debra Long (Marty), and Mary West; brother, James Smith; sister, Betty Smith; a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.

Serving as pallbearers are Jonathan Helms, Ronald Holloway, Travis Holloway, Krandeal Holloway, Jr., Joshua Long, and Dennis Stewart.

Family remembers Helen as a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and great-great grandmother.  Her hobbies were going to auctions and riding motorcycles.  She will be greatly missed by those who loved her.
