A Celebration of Life service for George Lee Suggs, Jr., 69, of Cullman will be Saturday, February 1st at 2 p.m. at Emeus Baptist Church in Logan, AL.

Cullman Funeral Home is honored to serve the family.

Mr. Suggs passed away January 15, 2025 at Brookwood Hospital.  He was born August 14, 1955 to George Lee Suggs Sr. and Della Jewel Ayers Suggs.  George was a song writer.  He loved to make people laugh.  He once came in third in a Hank Williams Jr. look alike contest.  He loved his family.

He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Jewel Suggs; sister, Brenda Stripling; brother, Roger Suggs.

Survivors include his wife, Patsy Suggs; son, Cody Suggs; two daughters, Christina (Daniel) Pearson, Jessica (Charles) Holt; two brothers, Barry (Amy) Suggs, Larry Stripling; sister, Eura (Austin) Brewer; seven grandchildren, Johnna Ball, Madison (Kyle) Manord, Analeiah Pearson, Riley Pearson, Allen Holt, Kenlee West, Riley Kay Nabors; great-grandchild, Stetson Manord; and, a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
