Gary ”Butch” Aris, born March 16 th 1951, died July 5 th 2026. Butch lived in West Point, Cullman

County, AL. Butch was proceeded in death by his parents, Levell “C.L.” Aris and Jean Aris. He is

survived by his wife, Joan Campbell Aris. Brother, Tim Aris and sister, Vickie Aris Nunnelley.

Butch and Joan have two children: son, Clint Aris (Amanda) and daughter, Tiffany Aris Hardy

(Daniel). They have four grandchildren Braiden Aris, Cooper Aris, Colton Hardy and Finlee

Hardy. Butch enjoyed working on small engines and was an accomplished small engine

mechanic. Butch was good working with his hands. He was a member of Bethlehem West

Baptist Church.

 In lieu of flowers, the family is asking that donations be made to Cullman Funeral Home, 461 U.S. Hwy 278 E, Cullman, AL   35055 for funeral expenses.

Funeral service will be Thursday, July 9th, 2026 at Bethlehem West Baptist Church with interment in the adjoining cemetery.  The family will receive friends at the church from 12-3 p.m. prior to the service.  Bro. Shane Wheeler will officiate.
