Funeral service for Freda M. Sears, 87, of Cullman will be at 1 p.m., Wednesday, August 23rd, 2023 at Cullman Funeral Home Chapel with interment in East Point Cumberland Presbyterian Cemetery.  Rev. Steton Hayes and Rev. Phillip Nichols will officiate. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday from 11-1 prior to the funeral.

Mrs. Sears passed away Friday, August 18th, 2023 at her residence.  She was born March 18, 1936 to Virgil Douglas & Bertha Irene Maner Huffstutler.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Ellis Sears; brother, Stanley Self; sister, Hilda Hampton.

Survivors include her two brothers, Guy (Pat) Huffstutler, Larry (Carolyn) Huffstutler; nieces, nephews, family and friends.
