Funeral service for Floyd Dwight Bibb, 75, of Vinemont will be at 1 p.m., Friday, October 2nd, 2026 at Cullman Funeral Home Chapel with interment in Friendship Methodist Church Cemetery, Rev. Steve Rodgers officiating. The family will receive friends from 12-1 Friday at the funeral home. 

Dwight passed away September 29, 2026 at CRMC.  He was born December 22, 1950 to Floyd Lewis Bibb, Jr. and Sadama Zuella Knopp Bibb.  He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, Jimmy Lewis Bibb; a niece, Cynthia Dorning.

He is survived by his wife, Becky Hampton Bibb; son, Jonathan (Leslie) Livingston; daughter, Jessica Bibb; sisters, Carolyn (Larry) Huffstutler, Donna (Keith) Lindsey, Dana (William) Morgan; grandchildren, Madelyn Livingston, Halle Livingston, Cash Crocker, Cannon Crocker; nephew, Cody Hampton; nieces, Terrie Gammon, Courtney (Luke) Geisen; great-niece, Tamra (Trent) Paris; great-great niece, Morgan Paris; brother-in-law, Lindy Hampton.

Pallbearers will be Jonathan Livingston, William Morgan, Lindy Hampton, Cody Hampton, David Love, Bruce Willingham, Bryan Willingham.

Floyd Dwight Bibb was an honest, loving, strong-willed, funny, caring, and giving. Dwight had a big personality and a heart to match. He was a loud talker, full of life, with big hellos and warm hugs that made the people he loved feel welcome.

He appreciated his family and loved sharing food and time together. We remember the big breakfasts, the German chocolate cake, and the yellow cake. And when it came to the little ones, his rule was simple: "All babies need ice cream." Those little moments are now some of our most treasured memories.

Floyd enjoyed life, whether it meant a glass of whiskey, a good conversation, or an adventure that would become another family story. We remember the team roping, the rodeos, and four-wheeling through the snow and mud. And, of course, there is the story about flipping the bulldozer - one more "remember when" that will keep us talking about him.

We remember everyone working in the machine shop, his knack for inventing things, baling hay, bush hogging, and time on the tractor. Working alongside him gave us memories we will always treasure.

We will miss his voice, his hugs, his humor, and his generous heart. His love lives on in the family he cherished. Every shared meal, every laugh, and every story that begins "Remember when..." will bring a little of him back to us.
