Funeral services for Elaine Fulmer, 71, of Cullman, will be at 2pm, Friday September 12, 2025, at Cullman Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends from 12-2pm before the service.

Mrs. Fulmer was born August 16, 1954, to Floyd and Bertha Iona Mason Fulmer. Elaine loved making decoration flowers and crafting. Her life revolved around her extended family and she loved to cook for them.

She is preceded in death by her parents; brother, Larry Fulmer; sisters, Clara Faye Fulmer and Dorothy Ryan.

Survivors include her brother, Loyd Ray (Pam) Fulmer; nieces, Renee Cook, Angela Fulmer, Julie Cantrell, Laura Nichols; and a host of family and friends.
