Funeral service for Doris Jean Brown, 83, of Vinemont will be at 12 noon, Friday, May 2nd, 2025, at Cullman Funeral Home Chapel with interment in Kennedy Cemetery in Arley.  The family will receive friends from 11-12 prior to the service.

Mrs. Brown was born on September 28, 1941, to parents, Ernest and Mary Creasey Ratliff Higginbotham.

She was preceded in death by her parents; sons, Wayne and Danny Thompson; husband, Thomas Brown; brothers and sisters; daughter-in-law, Tammy Thompson.

Survivors include her sons, Tony Thompson, Billy Thompson; and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, family and friends.
