Memorial services for Debra Sue Hogan, 69, of Cullman, will be at 2 p.m., Tuesday, March 25, 2025 at Cullman Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. Steve Rodgers officiating.

Mrs. Hogan was born on May 16, 1955, to parents, James and Edna Marie Boyd Franklin. She was a member of Church of Christ in Morris for many years. Debra was a hairdresser and enjoyed gardening and spending time with her grandsons. She will be dearly missed.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and daughter, Amanda Shay Burkett.

Survivors include her husband of 54 years, Jackie Hogan; daughter, Tonya (Cory) Steele; sisters, Pam (Mike) Glover and Charlotte Brasher; grandsons, Charley Burkett and Jacob Burkett; and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
