Funeral service for Carolyn Paschal White, age 86, of Cullman, will be Wednesday, October 30, 2024, at 2 p.m. at Cullman Funeral Home Chapel, officiated by Bro. Ben McKenzie and Bro. Wade Maynard.  Visitation will be held from 12-2 p.m. prior to the service and interment will be held at Cullman City Cemetery.

Carolyn was born July 2, 1938, to Starling and Annie Paschal.  She passed away on Sunday, October 27, 2024, at UAB Hospital.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Rader White; sister, Doris Bailey.

She is survived by one son, Philip White (Kristy); one daughter, Marla Ellett (Will); one brother, Joel Paschal (Carol); one sister, Linda Merritt; four grandchildren, Oakleigh
Calahan (Jacob), Jacob White, Caleb Ellett (Jessica), and Logan Ellett; one great-grandchild, Mary Patrick Calahan; a host of nieces and nephews, cousins, family and friends.

Family describes Carolyn as a virtuous woman of strong Christian faith and love for her God.  She was given the gift of service by Him and used it faithfully to help and support others.  She was a wonderful wife, mom, grandma, great-grandma, sister, and friend to all.  She kept her focus on God and her family and will be remembered for all days to come by those she loved and who loved her.
