O'Neal passed away Tuesday, June 2nd, 2026 at CRMC.  He was born January 3, 1961 to Carl & Edna Vaughn Swann.  He was a member of Eastside Baptist Church.  He loved to sing and play his guitar, loved his construction work and loved his family.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Nell Swann; brother, Kenneth Swann; sister, Anita Sams.

Survivors include his son, Carl Swann; daughter, Carla Chamblee; brother, Roger (Johnnie) Swann; sister, Joan Rogers; sister-in-law, Jeannette Swann; grandchildren, Samuel Capra, Lydia Swann, Ethan Chamblee; nieces, nephews, family and friends.
