Mr. Holcomb passed from this life on Tuesday, November 7, 2023.  He was born December 7, 1950 to Juddy William Holcomb and Stella Mae McCormick Holcomb.

He is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Peggy Holcomb; son, Ronald Holcomb; grandson, Hunter Holcomb

He is survived by his daughters, Anita and Rachel; brothers, Charles Holcomb, and Larry (Anda) Holcomb; sister, Joyce Day; six grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Mr. Holcomb is well remembered for his years of playing chess and his love of reading about Bobby Fisher.
