Funeral service for Arthur Buell Paschal, 92, of Cullman will be at 2 p.m., Saturday, December 31 ^st , 2022 at Cullman First Baptist Church with interment in Jones Chapel Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 1-2 p.m. prior to the service.  Rev. Steve Rodgers will officiate.

Mr. Paschal passed away December 29 ^th , 2022 at CRMC.  He was born February 17, 1930 to Joseph Marvin & Daisy Etta Harbison Paschal.  He was a member of Northbrook Baptist Church.  He was born and raised in Jones Chapel, AL He graduated from West Point High School in Cullman in 1949 and joined the US Marine Corp in 1950.  Art fought in the Korean War and is a decorated  war veteran.  He worked for the US Postal Service for 27 years.  He is remembered by his family as a wonderful story teller, farmer, gardener and hard worker.  He loved his family.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Jo Paschal; brothers, Joseph Thurman Paschal, Gene Paschal, Voight Paschal; sister, Mildred McNabb.

Survivors include his daughters, Beverly (Richard) Poston, Pamela (Buddy) Smith, Pier (Ross) Baggett, Sonya (Dan) Gibbs; grandchildren, Dr. Richard Poston, IV, Elizabeth Poston, Jane Marie Poston, Tara Smith, Clint (Brooke) Smith, Zachery (Mary Beth) Allred, Joshua (Jenna) Allred, Jacob (Cassie) Baggett, Justin Gibbs, Lauren (Cory) Ballenger; great-grandchildren, Juliet Smith, Cayden & Bentley Allred, Anna Claire & Emma Kate Allred, Maddy Hudgins, Rae & Rainey Ballenger; family and friends.

Pallbearers will be grandsons.
