A Celebration of Life Service for Annette Loy Maddox, 50, of Blountsville will be at 2pm, Saturday, May 6, 2023, at the Cullman Funeral Home Chapel. Mark Maddox and Larry Nail will officiate the service.

Annette passed away on April 29, 2023, at the Cullman Regional Medical Center. She was born February 11, 1973, to Randall & Lorraine Loy. She was a loving wife, mom and grand momma who enjoyed spending time with her grandbabies, travelling, and outdoor activities.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Randall & Lorraine Loy.

Annette is survived by her husband of 26 years, David Maddox; daughter, Bonnie (Andrew) Martin; brother, Jesse (Trisha) Loy; grandchildren, Gracelyn, Tyler & Lana; and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
